The American bomber is a successful embodiment of an intermediate option between a sweater and a sweatshirt. They are made from soft and tactilely pleasant material, equipped with pockets.
The straight silhouette bomber, without a hood, has long sleeves with fleece fabric cuffs. The bomber's bottom, sleeves, and collar with rounded corners are made of Kashkorse (a special fabric elastic) matching the color of the product. The bomber fastens with seven buttons and features two side patch pockets without zippers.
Each button on the bomber has a Soft-touch coating. We applied the logo using an engraving method on each button in the product.
The branded print is applied on the sleeve and chest using flex printing technology. This technology involves raised letters or logos at 600-1000 microns, resembling a 3D effect. The material itself is made of polyurethane, smooth and soft to the touch without streaks on the fabric. It looks very impressive on products made of fleece and cotton. It is also suitable for blended fabrics, spandex, polyester, and acrylic. The main thing is that the fabrics do not have water-repellent impregnation and are not dyed by sublimation. The bomber is made of fleece 3-thread fabric with a nap (80% cotton, 20% polyester, density 320-350 g/m²).
